To live is Christ...To die is possible?

Abdul Rahman is a man of faith...and for that faith he could be facing execution.

Abdul Rahman is on trial for his life. His only crime (and I say that liberally) is his conversion 16 years ago to Christianity. And this is all taking place in Afghanistan under their new democratic government.

The irony in this entire ordeal is that America and many of it's allies have spent over $70 billion dollars and lost numerous soldiers in a war that was not only aimed at destroying terrorists governments, but was also a war against brutal theocracy.

So then how can it be that under the new Afghan government we find a situation where a man may be losing his life simply because he is not a Muslim?

Should Christians take a stand to help save the life of Abdul Rahman, or should they simply accept that along with certain territory's come certain problems for believers?
